Now entering the slow zone Repaving work around Rossmoor to cause road closures, traffic delays beginning next week Repaving work in Rossmoor will cause some road closures and traffic delays through early October. A section of Tice Creek Drive, between Singingwood Court and Stanley Dollar Drive, will be repaved on Tuesday, Sept. 24, closing that section of road to traffic in both directions.
