Rose Jr., 95, a lifelong Contra Costa County resident and longtime municipal court judge, died in Walnut Creek on June 20 after a long illness. After retirement, he had lived for a few years in Rossmoor with his wife of 71 years, Willie Mae Rose. After passing the
